Privacy statement updates

 

We may update this privacy statement from time to time. If we change our privacy statement, we will post the revised statement on the applicable ProGrade Digital Incorporated Services. The revised privacy statement will supersede and replace any previous privacy statements effective as of the date on which the revised statement is posted. Your continued use of the ProGrade Digital Incorporated Services after such change represents and confirms your consent and agreement to any such changes.

 

Information we collect

 

We collect different types of information, including both personal and non-personal information. “Personal information” is information that can be used to individually identify you, including your name, postal or physical address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other information you have provided or is required to carry out a transaction, provide a service, or deliver a product. We may collect and store information you or others provide in community discussions, chats, and correspondence received through the ProGrade Digital Incorporated Services or sent to us directly.

Portions of our ProGrade Digital Incorporated Services may only be accessible if you register. When you register, we may ask you to provide a username and password. Prospective employees may submit information to apply for employment with ProGrade Digital Incorporated by visiting the Contact Us page and submitting a message to us. Information collected through an online job application may include name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, education history, military service, immigration status, and employment history, or other information. Information provided through this process is subject to the ProGrade Digital privacy policy. The collection and use of your personal information may be necessary for us to provide you with a product or service, communicate with you, or maintain our relationship with you. Much of the personal information we collect is collected online or through our software applications, but we may also collect personal information off-line in connection with our providing or servicing ProGrade Digital Incorporated Services, such as through customer service call centers, at in-person events, and through postal mail .

 

Personal and non-personal information collected through one ProGrade Digital Incorporated product or service may be combined with information collected through or in connection with another ProGrade Digital Incorporated product or service.

We do not currently monitor or take action regarding these signals. Security of personal information

 

We appreciate your trust in sharing your personal information with us, and we are committed to taking reasonable measures to protect it. Children and privacy

 

The ProGrade Digital Incorporated Services are not directed to minors and are intended for a general audience comprised of adults. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you may use ProGrade Digital Incorporated Services only with the involvement of your parent or guardian. Your California Privacy Rights

 

We only knowingly share personal information (as defined by California’s “Shine the Light” law) of California residents with non-affiliated third parties (i.e., parties other than ProGrade Digital Incorporated or its affiliates) for their own direct marketing purposes if you specifically opt-in, or are offered the opportunity to opt-out and elect not to opt-out, to such sharing at the time you provide such personal information or choose to participate in an applicable feature on the ProGrade Digital Incorporated Service. If you do not opt-in or if you opt-out at that time, we will not knowingly share such personal information of California residents that was collected in connection therewith with such identified non-affiliated third party(ies) for its/their own direct marketing purposes, but may continue to seek your consent to sharing with the same, or other, non-affiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes from time-to-time.
